Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work closely with, and report to, the Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for helping to execute the various sales and marketing activities needed to help the business grow. 

The ideal candidate is great at prioritizing to make sure everything gets done well and on time. They are a strong communicator, a solid content writer, and love wearing multiple hats to ensure the customer has a great experience and great results. They’re also great at making sure everything is done on time, and everyone involved knows what’s happening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content writing and editing, including blogs, white papers, and case studies. 
  • Manage ActiveConversion’s social media channels to increase brand awareness and education while growing the number of followers. 
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads before sending them to the sales team. This may include research, emailing, and calls. 
  • Aid in the planning and management of webinars for lead generation. 
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to generate new leads and nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey. 
  • Maintain CRM and clean data when necessary. 
  • Identify new targets for ActiveConversion to reach out and market to.
  • Help the Client Services team with creating client deliverables like reporting, content writing, and strategy development.
  • Assist in the management of the ActiveConversion Google Ads account, including creating new campaigns and ads.

  • Graphic design skills are an asset
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Commerce or other relevant education/experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role (preferred but not required) 
  • Experience working for or with B2B companies is an asset
